- “Effortless Events” Model – How we try to absorb as much stress as possible.
- Decor Cottage – Filled with table decor options, altars, and backdrops that are constantly growing (“See to believe” situation for sure.)
- Smith’s Speakeasy – The Crib was converted to a unique space for your guests’ enjoyment and incredible photography.
- “Wedding Coach” provided to assist you as you plan your big day! 4 hours of her brain & brilliance is yours!
- Day Of Coordinator – Runs timeline, problem solver, voice of calm, drives your vision…so many things, so much care.
- On Site additional Staff to serve Guests, clean up, and problem-solve every situation!
- Games are offered to guests as they wait for dinner
- Dance floor monitored for spills
- Bussing is done throughout the event
- “Goosebump Patrol” – done by our team looking for those who are chilled in our venue, or if the weather is not cooperating.
- Fun Bartenders
- Great drink menu at the bar – Varied and fun
- $250 bar credit for military, veteran, first responders, police, teachers (1 per event)
- Wedding Planning Book Provided to relieve stress and assist in thinking through your day (Created by our team for our couples only.)
- Shuttle for the wedding party use and some guests as a sign-up option during the reception.
- On-site sleeping in the Grain Bin when you book an overnight!
- Clean up and packing are done for you. We load what was brought in, your gifts, gift envelopes, marriage license, and leftover food into the specific cars you have designated. This is happening while the dance floor rages!
- Decorating is done for you when you use primarily the decor that we provide onsite in the Decor Cottage! You may bring in 2 SUVs of additional decor to use on site without a decorating fee!
- Photo Booth included
- 3 Fire pits – natural gas (We have roasting sticks if you’d like to roast marshmallows!)
- 2 courtyards – grass and concrete
- Pool table, Dart board, Poker, Games, Bags (corn hole), Yard games
- Electrolytes for Wedding Party
- Water bottles for the wedding party, water canisters, and plastic cups for guests are provided
- Coffee is provided for the wedding party all day, and pots of coffee are made on request for guests
- No fee to change date in case of deployment, family emergency, or pregnancy.
- Fishing is allowed at our pond during the morning of your big day and/or the day before if you have booked Friday to Saturday. Bring your own poles & best lures.
- Baseline: Tables, Chairs, in-floor heat, air conditioning
- Your family gets to enjoy the day, not work the day! No stress allowed on our campus!
- Comfort and considerations for guests that have specific needs (Things I know my Grandma would appreciate!) :
- Padded seating as requested
- Armchairs are requested to assist with getting up and down
- Raised toilet seat as requested in restrooms (commodes)
- ADA-friendly accommodations
- Staff available to open doors and assist as needed
- Parking on concrete parking area close to the facility
- Do you need us to pull your car to the concrete area as you leave? Just ask!!
- Feeling chilled in the Barn or surrounding facilities? We have throw blankets for you!
- Benches throughout for rest as they walk the campus
- Earplugs are available upon request if the music is too loud or uncomfortable.
- Lifevac anti-choking devices are on-site for toddlers, children, and adults.
- Low blood sugar suckers onsite
- Drop off at the concrete entry is always preferred.
- We are more than willing to create individual plans to accommodate any special needs to the best of our ability.
